Raised in Paris, Clara’s passion for wine came to life during a decade immersed in the vineyards and culture of Bordeaux She began her journey with an MBA in Wine & Spirits at Vatel Hospitality School, followed by experience in hospitality and events at Château Montrose. To deepen her connection with the land, she returned to study viticulture and oenology for two years, training in a cru bourgeois in Saint-Estèphe and interning at the prestigious Château Latour.
Her international path began as Brand Ambassador for François Lurton in the United States, where she spent 18 months based in Washington D.C., traveling across the country and representing wines from South America and beyond. Back in Europe, she managed exports across key markets in Europe and Africa.
Clara is driven by authenticity and a deep respect for nature. Rooted today in her native Brittany, where vineyards are beginning to return, she remains inspired by wine’s ability to bring people together. Her view of wine is instinctive and complete: a 360-degree passion that blends culture, landscapes, craftsmanship, and meaningful connection.
Tickets for this event are priced at £60 per person and include a welcome aperitif, a three-course themed menu with each course perfectly paired with delicious wines specially selected for you.
