Membership Renewal

Annual membership costs £120 per year for the main account holder and £30 per year for each additional person on the account. Additional card holders must be registered at the main account holder’s address.

Please use this form for the LEAD PERSON on the account only.

Annual Membership runs from 1st January to 31st December.

Each membership account comprises: 

  • Account and card

  • Address linked to this account

  • Email address linked to this account

Note: this form is for Membership Renewals Only. New applications must be submitted using our Membership Application Form.
